Michele Schultz, MSN, RN, CLNC, C-EFM

As a Master’s prepared Registered Nurse with over 23 years of experience, I have held the roles of bedside nurse, instructor, educator, supervisor, manager, and director. I am currently the Director of Nursing for Labor and Delivery at Boston Medical Center, a tertiary, academic medical center in Boston, MA.

The depth of my preparation and experience qualifies me to evaluate obstetric nursing care at the expert level. My nursing experience, RNC certification, and Certified Legal Nurse Consultant training provide the knowledge to serve as both a consulting and testifying expert.

I am able to access resources with respect to evidence-based practice standards, staffing guidelines, policy and procedure, and regulatory requirements. Upon review, I will provide you with a written report consistent with the complexity, value, and merits of the case, as well as a clear picture of significant case events (chronologic timelines). I can also provide customized requests for production and interrogatories to help ensure you receive all relevant discovery prior to taking depositions.
